In the exceptional event that BARONES is unable to ensure the production of a pre-ordered item, the customer will be fully refunded within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the cancellation of the order.

In-stock orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and accompanied by their original labels and packaging.
