At BARONES, each order is prepared with particular care, in compliance with our quality requirements and the attention given to each creation. We are committed to offering a meticulous, transparent delivery experience adapted to the production rhythm of our pieces.

PROCESSING TIMES

In-stock products

Orders containing in-stock products are generally prepared and shipped within one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to track your package in real time.

Pre-order products

Some BARONES pieces are offered for pre-order to allow for reasoned production, carried out in limited series.

In this case, the manufacturing of your piece begins after the pre-order period closes. The estimated shipping time is indicated directly on the product page at the time of purchase as well as in your order confirmation email.

These deadlines are provided for informational purposes and may change depending on manufacturing, supply, or transport constraints. In the event of a significant change in the schedule, our team will keep you informed as soon as possible.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

Colissimo Pick-up Point (France only)

Delivery to the Colissimo relay point of your choice, in 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

You will be notified by email and SMS as soon as your package is available.

Standard Delivery

In mainland France, standard delivery via UPS is estimated between 3 and 5 business days after shipment.

For European Union countries, standard delivery time is estimated between 4 and 6 business days after shipment.

Express Delivery

In mainland France, Express Saver delivery via UPS is estimated between 2 and 3 business days after shipment.

For European Union countries, Express Saver delivery time is estimated between 2 and 4 business days after shipment.

In case of absence during delivery, the package may be dropped off at the nearest UPS relay point.

International Delivery

For destinations outside the European Union, delivery times generally vary between 5 and 10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and local customs formalities.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, according to the delivery address and the selected shipping method.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

For any order shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.

These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

PACKAGING

All BARONES pieces are shipped in protective and personalized packaging, designed to extend the brand experience to your home.

Particular attention is paid to the environmental impact of our packaging, much of which is recyclable or reusable.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to track your package in real time until delivery.
