At BARONES, every order is prepared with meticulous care, adhering to our high standards of quality. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and prompt delivery experience.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order's progress in real time.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Colissimo Pickup Point (France only)
Delivery to one of the Colissimo relay points of your choice, in 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
You will be notified by email and SMS as soon as your package is available.
Standard Delivery
In mainland France, standard delivery via UPS is estimated to take between 3 and 5 working days.
For countries in the European Union, the standard delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days.
Express Delivery
In mainland France, Express Saver delivery via UPS is estimated to take between 2 and 3 working days.
For countries in the European Union, the Express Saver delivery time is between 2 and 4 working days.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package is automatically left at the nearest UPS Access Point, where it can be collected in the following days.
Internationally, delivery times vary between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the destination.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at the time of payment, based on your delivery address and the chosen method.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver to many countries worldwide. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply according to the legislation in force in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PACKAGING
All BARONES items are shipped in protective, custom packaging designed to extend the brand experience right into your home. Special attention is paid to environmental impact: our packaging is largely recyclable or reusable.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a link allowing you to track your package in real time until delivery.
